Nestled in downtown Plano, BAR-Ranch Steak Co. is more than a restaurant — it is a craft butchery and fine dining destination. Our intimate dining room, with limited seating, ensures every guest receives undivided attention from our team. We source only the best prime and prime plus beef — including 100% Koroge Washu, Akaushi, American Wagyu, and Aberdeen Angus — which we dry-age on-site for a minimum of 30 days.

Our menu is crafted around the art of dry-aging. Using Himalayan salt bricks in a custom-built 2000cuft aging room, we create some of the most flavorful steaks in the DFW area. Each cut is prepared with precision and served with the care it deserves.
