BAR-Ranch is a craft butcher shop providing both dry and wet aged steaks on site. We are certain our dry-aged themed menu consisting of steaks, sandwiches, burgers and salads will ensure all of our guests will experience some of the best beef available.

BAR-Ranch is the premiere location to find all the best 100% Koroge Washu Wagyu, Akaushi, American Wagyu and Aberdeen Angus beef available. All of our Dry Aged steaks are aged for a minimum 30 days in our custom 2000 cuft salt chamber, giving all of our steaks the best flavor you can find anywhere. With the unique street view of our aging room and large viewing windows inside, we are sure that each guest will have a one-of-a-kind experience each and every visit.

The Best Steaks In Texas

Here at Bar-Ranch, all of our steaks come from the best prime and prime plus beef consisting of 100% Koroge Washu, Akaushi, American Wagyu and Aberdeen Angus. We then choose only the best prime cuts that will be aged for a minimum of 30 days in our custom aging room. Our dry-aging process incorporates Himalayan salt that gives our steaks their outstanding and unique flavor.

 

Our 2000cuft dry-age room was custom built and is the heartbeat of our brand. We used Himalayan salt bricks to build our custom 100sqft salt wall to dry-age our steaks, creating arguably some of the best steaks in the DFW area. Our salt wall creates the perfect environment for the aging process. The salt, along with other unique steps, purifies the air in the room and allows a longer aging process, concentrating the flavor and producing a very unique product.

Great experience! We celebrated our 16th anniversary here. From the second we walked in they made it a special experience. There were roses and a nametag at the table and the owner came up to greet us and congratulate us on our anniversary. Every bite of food was interesting and delicious. Thank you so much for making it special for us!

I brought my girlfriend here for her 40th birthday and was blown away by how great everything was. If you want to experience a flavor adventure with exceptional service in an intimate setting, then Bar Ranch is what you’re looking for. This place is truly special.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. I’ve had multiple different offerings from them and I’ve been blown away by every dish I’ve tried. If you haven’t been to bar ranch I highly suggest you set aside an evening and prepare for some of, if not the best, food you’ve ever tasted! P.s. The chocolate mousse cake is to die for.

Went to BAR-Ranch for the first time yesterday. We had six total in our party & had an amazing experience. With that large of a party we were able to basically try everything on the menu. The food is incredible - I mean, insanely good. The A4 wagyu boneless rib steak & the Wagyu strip steak were fantastic cuts of beef, were prepared perfectly & melted in your mouth. Every appetizer, every salad, every side (especially the Brussel sprouts & broccoli) the was incredible. The staff - the owner, the wait staff & the support staff were kind & professional. I highly recommend this spot! It's a place we will be returning to.

I can't tell how many times I've salivated looking at the meat from outside their window. I finally found time to try lunch today: french onion soup, wedge salad, ribeye sliders, and the Chairman burger. I wish I had three other stomachs to try everything on the lunch menu. Everything was yum-mazing! My belly is full, my taste buds are happy, and my soul is satiated. Foodgasm is a real thing. I can't wait to try dinner!

Well I have to say that my lunch today at this new establishment in downtown Plano left me without words. When I review it’s typically bad…in this case however I can’t say enough about the service the food or the amazing chef. He was able to elevate a hamburger to heights I never thought could be met. My wife was also very surprised and pleased. This is hands down the best food we have had here in Plano in years. Intimate seating with no one rushing you out. I tend to eat fast, not here. We will keep coming back I assure you. The product he uses is plainly visible And stunning aged beef like I’ve never seen beef presented. On a lighter note he is the only person besides myself who has laguiole knives. He won me over when I saw those steak knives. Thank you my friend for an amazing meal!

This place is truly a hidden gem and quite possibly the best steak house I've been to! I Absolutely reccomend! Their cuts are top notch, and the starters/sides/desserts are incredible. The croistini starter was amazing. Service was 5 star and was really nice to meet the owner and learn more of the story behind the place. Go try it out; you won't be dissapointed!
